Design Service

If you would like a detailed design plan, but wish to manage the implementation of the project yourself, this service will suit you. Our process follows the following steps:

• We meet with you to define the scope of your project and discuss your needs, objectives and preferences.
• We take photographs and measurements of the spaces(s) needed for the design process.
• Depending on the type of project, we prepare drawings to illustrate our design proposal. Drawings illustrate room layouts, furniture placement, cabinetry placement, lighting placement, etc. We use state-of-the-art Computer Aided Design (CAD) software to produce floor plans, elevations and 3D renderings, which are particularly helpful in assisting you to visualize our design proposal.

With our Design Service, you may also choose to include the following option:

• We choose finish materials, fixtures, furniture, fabrics, lighting and accessories, as appropriate for your project, and specify design details for custom products such as furniture, window treatments, bedding and soft furnishings.

At the completion of the above steps, we pass the reins to you, and you and can complete the project all at once, or in stages.
