Complete Project Service

If you are looking for a firm to plan and manage your project from conception to completion, this service offers the complete package that suits your needs:

• We meet with you to define the scope of your project and discuss your needs, objectives and preferences.
• We take photographs and measurements of the spaces(s) needed for the design process.
• Depending on the type of project, we prepare drawings to illustrate our design proposal. Drawings illustrate room layouts, furniture placement, cabinetry placement, lighting placement, etc. We use state-of-the-art Computer Aided Design (CAD) software to produce floor plans, elevations and 3D renderings, which are particularly helpful in assisting you to visualize our design proposal.
• We choose finish materials, fixtures, furniture, fabrics, lighting and accessories, as appropriate for your project, and specify design details for custom products such as furniture, window treatments, bedding and soft furnishings.
• We engage the suppliers and trades people needed to complete your project. We schedule and monitor on-site work to ensure the project progresses according to the design plan.
• We style the room(s), adding the small finishing touches that make the transformation complete.

Throughout the project, our process includes approval procedures, to ensure that your sign-off is required prior to commencement of work or purchases.
